They have them in stock so you buy them with the intention of upgrading when the get the right tyre in stock in only two weeks time. You leave the tyre fitter and at that point in time you are running a higher risk…your car no longer is as agile, it won’t grip as well and it won’t be as good as the proper tyre….but you know what – it does an OK job…do you go back for the proper tyre – do you hell…and 80% of the time it doesn’t matter…until one day you need to react quickly – the car doesn’t, you crash and it’s all a bit of a mess
